Tight sleeve fiber production line
The production line is mainly used for high speed extrusion of tightened fiber.
Characteristic
1 single path fiber active discharge line, with preheating dehumidification. The collector adopts the linear guide and roller screw structure, and the line pitch can be adjusted slightly.

Basic configuration
The production line is mainly composed of optical fiber discharge rack, optical fiber constant temperature drying device, extrusion unit, water tank and water tank, blow dryer, caliper, wheel traction device, take-up and drainage device, electronic control system and so on.
